Summary
The City is amending Chapter 72 of our Code of Ordinances specifically relating to speed limits on city streets by establishing the speed limit of 40 mph on Pfluger Farm Lane. This action updates our ordinance to be in compliance with state law in order to enforce speed limits on city streets.

Prior City Council Action
Chapter 72 regarding speed limits on city streets was last amended by the City Council on August 22, 2017.
This ordinance was approved on first reading on January 23, 2018.
