Summary
At the request of Councilmember Jeff Marsh a series of developer and contractor meetings have been held to establish a communication channel with the City Manager's office regarding stakeholder issues of concerns.
Status
Meetings were held August 3, 2017, October 12, 2017, November 16, 2017, and December 14, 2017.
A summation of the issues and items discussed will be presented for discussion with the City Council. Generally, concerns expressed by the stakeholder group were associated with ensuring that the development and inspection process was consistent and predictable, perceptions of the process using examples of previous projects, code interpretations, the timing of submittals, and challenges associated with growth and development in our rapidly growing community.
