Summary
This resolution authorizes the City Manager to apply for and accept, if awarded, a Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP) award for $244,190.00 from the Office of the Governor for the purchase of technology equipment in the form of digital displays, projectors, laptops and a dispatch console dedicated to a newly renovated Emergency Operations Center (EOC). There is no cash match for this grant from the City. Approval is also requested to authorize the City Manager to sign all necessary documents upon final approval of the City Attorney.
