Summary
The Pecan District Phase 1 site plan will incorporate landscaping and irrigation improvements within a portion of the City's right of way. The extent of the right of way maintenance agreement is shown on red on the attached map. The agreement outlines that it will be the owner's responsibility to operate, maintain and repair the facilities; however, if the owner fails to do so, this agreement gives the City the right to perform all reasonably necessary work and allows for the City to recover the costs associated with such actions.
