Summary
This agreement grants the Pecan District Phase 1 property owner the right to use 0.565 acres out of the right of way within Old Austin Pflugerville Road and South Heatherwilde Boulevard for landscaping and irrigation improvements associated with the proposed site plan. The limit of the right of way encroachment is shown in red on the attached map. The agreement outlines that it will be the owner's responsibility to maintain as well as repair or relocate the improvements if needed.
