Summary
For several years prior to last year, the Commission has participated in an annual retreat with City Staff to discuss several items related to the Commission, including Roles & Responsibilities, Master Plans, the Parks Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and projects. Last year, this was done one-on-one with new members of the Commission and through a worksession prior to a regular meeting.
This is the opportunity for Commissioners to decide how they would like to approach such this year, select a date for a retreat and approve the placement of items on that agenda if desired.
