Summary
Law enforcement agencies are required to compile and provide an analysis of the information gathered by the peace officers of their agency on an annual calendar year basis. After the information is analyzed, the law requires that a report of the findings be presented to the local municipality no later than March 1 of the following year. This report satisfies that requirement. The Annual Traffic Contact Report or Racial Profiling Report covers the period from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017.
