Summary
This is a continuation of discussion from the February 15, 2018 Regular Meeting and March 10, 2018 Bus Tour.
As required by City Ordinance, the Parks & Recreation Commission shall submit a Five-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget annually. This item has been included on the agenda to allow for discussion and possible action.
Attached are relevant planning documents and the FY 2018 Five-Year CIP Project List.
Deadline for Action
A recommended Five-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget must be completed before the end of March so that it can be submitted to the Planning & Zoning Commission for review and then submitted to the City Council by June 1st.
