Discuss and consider action to provide a recommendation regarding the Parks & Recreation Commission's Five-Year Tree Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget.
Summary
As required by City Ordinance, the Parks & Recreation Commission, which also serves as the Tree Care Advisory Board, shall submit a Five-Year Tree Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget annually. This item has been included on the agenda to allow for discussion and possible action.
Attached is the FY 2018 Five-Year Tree CIP Project List.
Deadline for Action
This Project List is annually completed and submitted in conjunction with the overall Parks & Recreation Five-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget. That CIP Budget must be completed before the end of March so that it can be submitted to the Planning & Zoning Commission for review and then submitted to the City Council by June 1st.
