Summary
The proposed Public Utility Easement Agreement will be granted to the City for the construction of a public wastewater line on City owned and maintained property. The wastewater line improvements will be constructed by the property owner to serve the property located at 1104 West Pfluger Street in order to facilitate development of this parcel. The lot to be served through this utility extension is located northeast of the intersection of West Pfluger Street and South 12th Street. The City owned Pflugerville Library property that the proposed easement will be located within is at 1008 West Pfluger Street directly east of the lot to be served. Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to grant and execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County.
