Summary
Warner Ranch Drive is a street which provides connectivity between the City of Round Rock and Pflugerville. In its current configuration it is disconnected from the northern portion of Warner Ranch Drive despite the same name. The purpose of this item is to rename the southern portion of Warner Ranch Drive, south of Palo Duro Loop (Round Rock), to Treehorn Ranch Road within the Meadows at Cambridge Heights Phase One Subdivision. The City of Round Rock has requested this change and is working simultaneously to initiate this street name change.
There are no addresses assigned to the section of Warner Ranch Dr. being proposed for change and therefore no property owners are affected.
Legal has approved the proposed ordinance.
Previous City Council Action
The City Council approved the ordinance on first reading on July 10, 2018.
