Summary
As part of the water and wastewater master planning process, the City's consultant, Freese and Nichols, Inc., have drafted future land use assumptions and growth projections for the projected build out of the community in order to anticipate the City's future water and wastewater needs within the associated service areas.
Planning and Zoning Commission Action
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval at their July 2, 2018 meeting.
