Discuss and consider action regarding corridor zoning districts along State Highway 130 and State Highway 45 Corridors.
Summary
This item has been requested by Council to discuss corridor zoning districts, CL-3, CL-4 and CL-5. The item is provided to receive direction from City Council on any requested changes to the district(s). In conjunction with this item staff will present a summary of the corridor history, existing zoning provisions, feedback received from the Planning and Zoning Commission and the recently completed market study.
A summary of the corridor zoning districts is included as an attachment to this item.
