Approving the Fiscal Year 2019 budget for the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation (PCDC).
Summary
The PCDC President, Treasurer and Council Representative met with staff to review the proposed budget on July 26th and to make recommendations. The final draft was reviewed by all members of the board during a Special Called Meeting on August 4, 2018. Additionally, Board members reviewed the Fund Reserve and Budget Policy and the Financial Investment Policy pursuant to the PCDC Bylaws, and unanimously approved a Resolution affirming that the organization was in compliance. Board and staff reviewed the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategic plan as it relates to specific expenditures in the budget. The Incentive and Obligations report was reviewed to determine all current and future liabilities for the organization. Following all deliberations, the Board unanimously voted to approve the final budget and forward it to City Council for consideration.
Status
PCDC FY 2019 Budget was approved unanimously by the PCDC Board on August 04, 2018 in a Special Called Meeting. All members were in attendance.
Prior City Council Action
City Council has reviewed and approved all PCDC Budgets since 2001.

Consideration is requested for August 28, 2018 Regular Council Meeting.
Fiscal Impact
PCDC Funding for FY 2019 to include all income, expenses, obligations and debt service.
Staff Recommendation
The budget was forwarded to the City of Pflugerville Finance and Management team for review. No issues or concerns were noted, therefore PCDC Board and staff recommend approval.
