Presentation and discussion regarding update on implementation of the Pfllugerville Police Department's Spillman Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) and automated Records Management System (RMS).
Summary
The Spillman CAD/RMS system came online in January of this year. The process of implementation began 18 months ago and has included several phases of software and hardware development.
This presentation will cover the current project status regarding the following: legacy data conversion, numerous software interfaces, new analytical tools and capabilities, and system performance since going live.
