Summary
The Public Funds Investment Act (PFIA), as outlined in Chapter 2256 of the Texas Government Code, requires the City Council to review the quarterly investment reports prepared by the Finance Department. The PFIA further requires annual City Council review of the City's Investment Policy, which was last reviewed and readopted on September 26, 2017.
