Summary

The Pflugerville Police Department is the license holder for the Spillman Insight System which allows data information exchange between law enforcement entities.  This information exchange includes the ability for law enforcement agencies to share criminal histories and persons involvements across agencies. This action would specifically allow sharing of information with the Seguin Police Department.

The agreement has been approved as to form by the City Attorney.
