Summary
During the fiscal year it becomes necessary to amend the approved budget to allow for expenditures and revenues that were not included in the approved budget. Attached is a summary of the proposed fourth and final amendment to the FY18 budget. The summary includes the purpose of each proposed amendment, the amount, the funding source and the budget accounts affected.
The form for budget amendment ordinances was previously approved by the City Attorney's Office in February 2018.
Prior City Council Action
The FY18 budget was approved on September 26, 2017 and amended on April 24, 2018, May 29, 2018 and August 14, 2018.
This ordinance was approved on first reading on December 11, 2018.
