Summary
On November 28, 2017, the City Council approved Resolution No. 1597-17-11-28-0475 appointing Councilmember Mike Heath to serve as Pflugerville's representative to the Central Texas Clean Air Coalition of the Capital Area Council of Governments (CAPCOG) with any councilmember or staff able to serve as an alternate.
The attached draft resolution has been provided to allow the City Council to make a change to the City of Pflugerville's representation, if desired. A copy of the coalition's by-laws are also attached.
