Summary
Based on formal and informal discussions on a strategic plan, staff has created the attached Organizational Plan to address the following areas: Infrastructure, Economic Vitality, Public Safety and Quality of Life, and Organizational Culture and Operations for implementation now through FY20. The Organizational Plan will be provided at the Council meeting.
