Summary
Approving the above mentioned resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute the attached Vacation, Abandonment, and Release of existing water easement 2005084470. This easement was granted by Pflugerville Pfairway Office Park L.P. to both the City of Pflugerville and Windermere Utility Company in 2005. The property owners have petitioned for easement vacation as the easement is hindering development and is not being utilized. The City is no longer in need of this easement as there are no city water lines in this area and this area is Windermere Water CCN jurisdiction. Windermere Utility Company is not vacating said easement, they are amending and restating said easement.
