Discuss and consider action to approve a Pflugerville Community Development Corporation (PCDC) Economic Development Performance Agreement (EDPA) with Rosendin Electric, Inc. (Project Electric Rose), a service company, not to exceed $60,000, for the purpose of primary jobs.
Summary
The PCDC Board requests approval of the EDPA between Project Electric Rose and the PCDC. The EDPA between PCDC and Project Electric Rose was approved unanimously by the PCDC Board on Wednesday, February 20, 2019. Project Electric Rose shall be eligible for $2,000 for each incentivized job created in the City of Pflugerville, up to ten jobs in each FY20, FY21, and FY22, for a total not to exceed $20,000 for each fiscal year. In addition, PCDC will coordinate with Texas Workforce Solutions Capital Area to provide prescreening and a job fair. PCDC will coordinate with Baylor Scott and White a health and wellness seminar upon requres during the terms of this EDPA. The schedule for the plan is included on the attached Deal Points document and in the agreement.
