Summary
The Youth Advisory Council (YAC) will be sharing their accomplishments for the first ever YAC program in Pflugerville. Presenting the powerpoint is Sydney Stogel, Chair of the Youth Advisory Council. The purpose of YAC is to teach local high school youth about city government and get them involved in their city. Mayor Gonzales serves as council representative and liaison to support the youth participants. The Youth Advisory Council volunteered at city events, toured city facilities, attended boards & commissions meetings, and completed a project.
