Summary
The City of Pflugerville partnered with Texas State University Master’s Program to conduct a statistically valid survey for feedback from Pflugerville residents. The survey is a complement to the 2012, 2015 and 2017 citizen surveys they City has performed to measure attitudes and opinions of residents about the City and its direction.
The survey was sent to a random sample of 2000 residents with a 10% response rate resulting in a statistically valid survey at a rate of 6.5%. For additional feedback, the survey was shared online and on social media for additional feedback from the community in support of the survey.
The report indicates continued satisfaction with city employee interaction, trash and recycling services and safety, and highlights that the city is moving in the right direction. Dr. Longoria will give an overview of the comprehensive report that will be available online after the City Council meeting at www.pflugervilletx.gov/survey.
