Summary
North Pointe is a proposed 120acre mixed use project located along the east and west sides of the SH130 corridor just south of SH45 and north of Pflugerville Parkway. This worksession is intended to introduce the North Pointe project and receive feedback from the Planning and Zoning Commission and Parks and Recreation Commission.
The proposal for NorthPointe is to create a compact urban and pedestrian oriented project that "results in a high-value, dynamic, and modern community". The project proposes to encompass a variety of land uses that provides for a well-balanced pedestrian friendly community incorporating housing, employment, retail, parks and natural areas.
The Planning and Zoning Commission and Parks and Recreation Commission held a joint worksession on this item on August 26th. No Action was taken.
Public hearings on this item are anticipated to be scheduled for September 16th, Planning and Zoning Commission, and September 24th, City Council.
