The replat of Kuepel Tract, Phase 1, Section 1, Lot 3, Block A to create Lot 3A and Lot 3B is located on the Northside of West Pecan St (FM 1825) and the Eastern side of the Rex Kerwin Court cul-de-sac. This location has existing utilities, and is located in the City of Plfugerville Water CCN and Wastewater CCN. The replat will create two lots from one and requires a joint access easement, through separate instrument, to ensure safe and easy access to both sites.
