Summary
The Pf Serves Program is designed to promote employee engagement and to strengthen relationships between city employees and members of the community by providing employees with up to 40 hours per year to volunteer in the community. Service activities must take place inside the city limits or on a Pflugerville ISD campus and include significant "face-to-face" interaction with community members. Participating in a mentorship program through PfISD, volunteering with Meals on Wheels, Backpack Friends, Friends of the Pflugerville Animal Shelter, etc. are all examples of qualifying activities. Employees who wish to utilize this program must complete the application processes and certify that the proposed activity meets all requirements.
