Summary
Final Plat Lot 1 Block A to be known as The Rowe East, is located in the City of Pflugerville full purposed jurisdiction on the Northeast corner of the intersection of Rowe Loop and Row Lane. This land is not currently platted. Water shall be provided by Manville Water Supply Corporation and wastewater shall be provided by the City of Pflugerville. For the parkland dedication, the applicant has chosen to pay the fee in lieu; for a proposed 38 units for 5 acres, the dedication would be 0.67716, the rate per acre is $43,560 therefore the fee-in-lieu will be $29,497.09. The future subdivision will be subject to the conditions, covenants and restrictions prescribed through separate instrument.
