Summary
The property is located in the extra-territorial jurisdiction (ETJ) generally northeast of the SH130 and CR 138 intersection. Zoning regulations not applicable in the ETJ. The preliminary plan proposes to establish one non-residential lot. Right of way dedication has not been included. Utility service may be provided by the City of Pflugerville. Extensions of public lines necessary to serve all lots are included in the preliminary plan and easements will be required if located outside of the public right of way. Parkland dedication is not required for non-residential. Tree mitigation will be required prior to any tree removal.
