Summary
In accordance with the requirements of Title II of the American with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), the city of Pflugerville will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in its services, programs or activities.
The City of Pflugerville is appointing an ADA Coordinator and adopting a grievance procedure in order to comply with the ADA, specifically cities employing more than 50 people. The ADA Coordinator will also be responsible for developing and implementing the ADA Transition Plan in order to achieve accessibility within the City’s public spaces. This resolution will help the City to better serve the Pflugerville disabled community.
