Summary
On November 27, 2018, the City Council approved Resolution No. 1667-18-11-27-0575 appointing Councilmember Mike Heath to serve as Pflugerville's representative to the Central Texas Clean Air Coalition of the Capital Area Council of Governments (CAPCOG) with any councilmember or staff able to serve as an alternate.
The City of Pflugerville reviews its representation each year in November and the bylaws of the CAPCOG Clean Air Coalition indicate that the terms of the City's representative terminate on December 31 of odd years. Therefore, action is required this year. The attached draft resolution has been provided to allow the City Council to appoint the City's representative. A copy of the coalition's by-laws is also attached.
