This item has been included on the worksession agenda to allow for discussion regarding the PCDC Community Economic Development Strategic Plan 2.0. The City Council and PCDC held a joint special meeting on November 20, 2019 at which Tony Delisi, Vice President, Avalanche Consulting, presented the plan. An item to allow the City Council to consider action to approve the PCDC Community Economic Development Strategic Plan 2.0 has been included on the December 10, 2019 Regular Meeting Agenda.
Prior City Council Action
The City Council approved the PCDC contract with Avalanche Consulting in the amount of $99,500 for development of a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS 2.0) on March 26, 2019.
