Summary
Travis Co. MUD No. 23 is expecting to sell its first installment of Road Bonds in early 2020, in which official notice was received on November 26, 2019 as required by the Consent Agreement. Approval by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) is not required for sale of Road Bonds. The Consent Agreement requires a presentation by the District's financial advisor to the City Council meeting 90 days prior to the sale date to provide Council with the economic feasibility of the sale of the bonds

Consent for Travis County MUD 23 was granted by the City Council on December 28, 2015.
