Gloria Hidalgo has been awarded with the College Board's 2019 State Advanced Placement Scholar Award. This award is granted to one male and one female in each U.S. State and the District of Columbia who have achieved scores of 3 or higher on the greatest number of Advanced Placement exams and the highest average score of at least 3.5 on all Advanced Placement Exams. This item has been included on the agenda to allow Mayor Gonzales to present a proclamation recognizing this great achievement.
