Discuss and Consider Action regarding the recommendation of a project for the 2020 Deutschen Pfest Proceeds and reallocation of past years' proceeds.
Summary
Staff and the Commission will discuss potential projects for the 2020 Deutschen Pfest Project. As consistent with past years, Staff will request a recommendation for a project for any proceeds from the 2020 Deutschen Pfest prior to the actual Deutschen Pfest.
Also, staff would like to discuss possible reallocation from previous years' proceeds funds to enhance a new mobile stage that is funded with the City's annual operating budget.
Deadline for Action
There is no specific deadline, but a recommendation at this meeting is preferred by Staff and the Deutschen Pfest Committee so that it can be conveyed to the Public.
