Summary
This supplemental agreement includes design of Pecan Street at FM 685 (Dessau Road), which includes professional engineering services for design of the Pecan Street and Dessau Road Intersection improvements. This design includes an innovative displaced left turn and traffic signal improvements to provide a design to improve safety, operations and efficiency of the intersection. Other improvements include coordination of traffic signals. The scope of work will include coordination with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), final plans, specifications and estimate for bidding, signal timing plans and bid and construction phase services.

February 26, 2019 City Council approved a professional services agreement with Pacheo Koch for professional engineering services associated with the Pecan Street Intersection Improvements project.
