This item has been included on the agenda at the request of Councilmembers Heath and Metayer. This item is to allow for an update and discussion. No action will be taken.
Zoning for the property to allow the proposed development was approved by City Council in February 2019. The development Townhomes of Old Town East preliminary plan final plat was approved by Planning and Zoning Commission in December 2019 showing the extension of Willow Street through that development. The construction phase of the development is currently under review by staff.
