In the United States, February is observed as Black History Month to remember the important contributions and achievements of African Americans throughout our nation's history. Come celebrate Black History Month at the Pflugerville Public Library! The Library is observing Black History Month with a local history display, book display and a display of Nigerian wedding dresses and is celebrating the work of African American authors on Facebook each day. Also don't miss the Black History Month Movie Matinee double feature at the Library on Saturday, February 15 at 3:30 p.m. for a showing of Toni Morrison: The Pieces I am and Black Panther.
