Discussion regarding land use policy within the Downtown District Overlay.
Summary
Pursuant to the Downtown Action Plan (2019-2021), Downtown code amendments are proposed and have been posted on the City's website for public review. The topic of this discussion will include an overview Downtown land use policies provided within the Old Town Pflugerville Vision Report and the 2030 Comprehensive Plan and how such land use policies correlate to the proposed Downtown code amendments.
This item has been included on the agenda to allow for discussion. No action will be taken.
Prior City Council Action
On March 10, 2009, City Council adopted the Old Town Pflugerville Vision Report.
The 2030 Comprehensive Plan was adopted on September 28, 2010.
On September 25, 2018 the Downtown Action Plan was adopted.
