Summary
PCDC staff and Board previously reviewed the EDPA, and a final version that has been executed by Project Charm. This agreement will be under consideration during the Special Called Meeting of the PCDC on July 14, 2020 at 6pm. PCDC staff updated City Council on Project Charm during two previous Executive Sessions, and will provide further update during City Council Workshop Executive Session at 5 pm July 14, 2020.

Prior City Council Action
Related to the development of this project, following actions of the Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing (December 2, 2019) and unanimously recommended approval of the Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoning district, the City Council held a public hearing on January 14, 2020. The City Council then approved the ordinance on first reading with a vote of 6-0 on the same evening.

The City Council approved the second final reading of the ordinance on January 28, 2020.

Amount: There is no impact to the City's budget as a result of approving this Agreement. There is no fiscal impact to the PCDC's FY 20 budget.
