Summary
The City acquired the property being 201 South 3rd Street (northwest corner of 3rd at Hall streets) in 1985 and has utilized the space for a number of purposes over the years. As a result of reorganizing staff office spaces and related facilities, the property is no longer needed following the recommendation of the City Council's Facilities Committee.
Prior City Council Action
The City Council passed Resolution No. 1747-20-01-14 declaring the property and improvements surplus on January 14, 2020.
The City Council approved this ordinance on first reading on November 10, 2020.
