Summary
The Planning and Zoning Commissions meets on the first Monday of month, except when the first Monday is a City holiday. Then the Commission will meet on the third Monday of the month. July's and September's meeting will be held on the third Monday of the month because the first Monday is a City holiday.
Update: The submittal schedule has been updated to include an alternative review schedule for Preliminary Plans and Final Plats. Upon signed request the applicant may choose to follow an alternative schedule.
