Summary
This resolution is for authorization of the City Manager to execute a Vacation, Abandonment and Release of Easement to vacate an existing temporary drainage easement within the Heatherwilde 45 Site development property. This existing temporary drainage easement (Document number 2012195951) was dedicated in the past to accommodate offsite stormwater flows from Heatherwilde Blvd that entered the property. The Heatherwilde 45 site development project has eliminated the need for this temporary drainage easement by dedicating a new permanent drainage easement (Document number 20180011732) and constructing an underground storm line within the new easement to pipe the offsite flows across the property. The new drainage easement has already been dedicated and the new pipe improvements have already been constructed and accepted by the City of Pflugerville, so this temporary drainage easement is no longer needed and can be vacated.
The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the resolution and vacation instrument as to form.
