Summary
The Committee was established to include the Parks and Recreation Commission Chair or designee to serve as the Committee Chair and 8 citizen members. Raul Capetillo is serving as the Committee Chair and current citizen members are Melissa Call, Crystaleen Guerra, Linda Botello, Robert Romig, Ashley Wilson and Nicholas Goettsche. All applications for consideration will be provided to the City Council separate from the agenda. This is currently the final open position on the Committee.
Prior City Council Action
The City Council approved a resolution on November 24, 2020 establishing a Deutschen Pfest Committee. (Resolution No. 1815-20-11-24-0790)
On March 23, 2021, the City Council appointed Melissa Call, Crystaleen Guerra, Laura Luther (declined apointment), and Linda Botello with terms ending December 31, 2022 and Robert Romig with a term ending December 31, 2021 to the Deutschen Pfest Committee. On May 25, 2021, Ashley Wilson was appointed with a term ending December 31, 2022. On July 27, 2021, Nicholas Goettsche was appointed with a term ending December 31, 2021.
