Summary
Utility System Revenue Bonds to be issued in the principal amount of $11,630,000 as a direct placement with Texas Water Development Board for the purpose of financing the planning, acquisition, design and construction of improvements to the City's wastewater system, including constructing the Wilbarger Creek Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility and wastewater interceptors.
