Summary
Authorizing approval of a letter of understanding to allow for discussion and potential action regarding easement acquisition needed for the Kelly Lane Phase II Roadway Project. As part of the project, it is necessary for the City to acquire a temporary construction easement. Action on this item would authorize the City Manager to execute a letter of understanding with the property owner of the Blackhawk Golf Course as it pertains to acquisition of the temporary construction easement.
