Summary
Currently the City does not prohibit the use of tobacco and nicotine products in the City owned parks and trails system. This agenda item allows City Council to discuss the use of tobacco and nicotine products in the parks and trails system. Prohibited Acts within the parks system are defined by Chapter 95.05 of the Code Of Ordinances does not currently preclude smoking or the use of tobacco or nicotine products within parks regulations.
