Discuss and consider action to approve a contract between City of Pflugerville and Travis County for the collection of the Martin Tract Public Improvement District assessments.
Summary
Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 372 of the Texas Local Government Code (PID Act), the City Council approved the creation of Martin Tract Public Improvement District on December 8, 2020. An ordinance levying assessments on the property located within Martin Tract Public Improvement District was approved by City Council on January 25, 2022. The attached contract is presented for consideration to have the assessments billed and collected by Travis County on behalf of the City.
