Summary
The City of Pflugerville is requiring the PCDC to extend the existing Atmos gas line in the One Thirty Business Park as part of the Impact Way Extension Phase III A & B project. The Atmos contract includes an estimate of 163,924.07 for the cost to extend the line. If approved by the PCDC Board on August 17, the Board must also receive City Council approval for all contracts over $50,000 per the PCDC Articles of Incorporation.

Action is requested August 23, 2022.
Fiscal Impact: Funding of $163,924.07 will be paid out of existing funds in the FY22 Budget and FY23 Budget for the Impact Way Extension.
