Summary
American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding was allocated to small business grants that has been administered by BCL of Texas. The application period for the grants ended June 30th. BCL will provide an update on the application process, number of qualified applications, non-qualified applications, and status update of the program.

Council allocated $1M of ARPA funding to small business grant program and administration on February 22, 2022
Council approved an agreement with BCL of Texas to administer the small business grant program "PfCares Phase II" on April 26, 2022
